HNTB – VTA Safety Improvements
Kelley Engineering & Surveying was hired by HNTB Corporation to survey 36 railroad crossings from Palo Alto to Gilroy as part of the VTA safety improvement project. All survey crew members are qualified as EIC’s and watchmen by Caltrain.
City of Hollister Seasonal Storage Ponds
Kelley Engineering & Surveying provided traditional construction staking for the underground improvements as well as 3D digital terrain models for the machine control grading of the storage ponds. After the grading was completed we performed as-built surveys to determine earthwork quantities.
Bobby Lane
Project included pavement overlays, storm drain improvements and curb replacement to repair poor street conditions and a serious drainage problem.
Enza Zaden Building
Kelley Engineering along with Huboi Architecture, Marcus Building Systems, and Anita Kane Landscape Architecture designed and constructed San Benito County’s First LEED-certified “Green Building” for the local organic seed company Enza Zaden USA. Kelley Engineering designed the site, grading, drainage, and improvement plans.
Del Carlo Building
Project involved a use permit application with site review. We designed a new parking lot in the rear of the building, and prepared a plan set with a site plan, floor plans, elevations, and a landscape plan for city review.
Hollister Airport
Kelley Engineering & Surveying designed pavement resurfacing plans and striping plans for the runways and taxiways of the Hollister Municipal Airport.
Gilroy Gaits Event Center
Kelley Engineering & Surveying prepared the site plan, grading plan, floor plans, and elevations for a world class equestrian event center.
